Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop equipment from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Create and review technical drawings, including piping and instrumentation diagrams.
- Perform calculations for equipment sizing and structural integrity.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation, ensuring smooth execution.
- Mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions and attend project meetings as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with related software such as Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
- Collaborative and solution-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of professional integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
- £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
