We are currently seeking an Interim Operations Director to join our clients team with IMMEDIATE EFFECT and lead day-to-day operations for an interim period.
This contract role offers a competitive salary / day rate based on experience and suitability as well as the opportunity to make a significant impact within the businesses day to day productivity whilst working with a superb team.

- In this role, you will collaborate with various functions including Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, Warehousing, and Logistics to ensure that company targets are achieved.
- Coordinating team tasks to maximize efficiency.
- Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing procedures to drive efficiencies for the overall operations

Preferred Requirements:
- Background in Manufacturing, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Excellent team management skills
- Proficiency in creating and managing schedules and workflows
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Good Safety Knowledge
- Drive day-to-day production requirements
- Collaborate with various functions to meet company targets
- Set and monitor KPIs to drive performance improvements
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Degree or certification in relevant field
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence
