With a large site located in Hull, you'll be working in a dynamic quality team looking after operational lines, goods inward and finish goods ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.
The role of Product Compliance Officer is a varied one, working closely with raw materials, production and production management to being involved with projects and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance at every step of the product process from goods in to goods out and in between. There will be need to visit customers and suppliers at various times involving overnight stays, albeit rare and on most occasions will be locally to site.

The Product Compliance Officer role:
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including being qualified: ISO9001 & 14001 auditor
- Extensive statistical analysis, interpreting data and using statistical tools to identify trends and root causes.
- Experienced with problem-solving and root cause analysis. Familiar with other principles including 8D.
- Internal audit and inspection duties
- You will be IT proficient and familiar with various MS applications.
- Ideally you will understand principles such as carbon reduction reporting & analysis and ethical sourcing & environmental legislation.
The Candidate:
- Leading teams and train operatives to improve product quality.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical solutions.
- Making informed decisions.
- Prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in-line with production demands and customer requirements.

- Salary £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
