Product Design Lead:
- Develop product concepts from idea to final design
- Create stylish, functional designs for care beds, chairs and accessories
- Balance clinical needs with modern aesthetics
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams
- Research design trends and market needs
- Support prototyping and testing of new products
- Produce sketches, mood boards, and 3D visuals
- Work with suppliers on materials and finishes
- Contribute to the brand’s visual identity
- New product design reviews
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers
- Degree qualification (or equivalent) in Creative Interior Design, Art or 3D Design
- Product development process experience essential
- Broad understanding of manufacturing processes
- Practically minded
- Demonstrable 3D visualisation and modelling
- Good attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or 3D visualisation packages
- Salary per annum £45,000 to £50,000
- Working hours are 8:00am-4:30pm
- Every other week an early finish on Friday 3:00pm
