As Production Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, preparing and producing production schedules to achieve customer requirements
- Produce and issue production works orders
- Understand minimum and maximum stock levels to plan efficiently
- Monitor and optimise stocks effectively
- Work closely with all internal departments to ensure visibility against demand
- Update bill of materials with new registered component parts within MRP system
- Develop and issue reports to track site performance
- Updating the MRP system
- Identifying and supporting projects in progressing the planning processes within the company
- Managing any plan changes in a timely manner and updating appropriate departments or customers, with potential impacts as appropriate
- Has at least 2 or 3 years in a planning role within a manufacturing environment.
- Communicates well both internally and externally.
- Has strong Excel skills
- Has Experience working with ERP and MRP systems
- Possesses strong Analytical skills
- Wants to progress and develop as a professional.
