As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, balancing technical expertise with customer-focused solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to grow their career in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial conception through to final startup, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Perform engineering calculations and analyses for equipment sizing, selection, and process design.
- Support internal teams and external customers by providing technical expertise and training.
- Create process flow diagrams and piping and instrumentation diagrams.
- Generate fabrication drawings and assist in equipment design as required.
- Provide technical support during installations, startups, and operations, including site visits.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for all projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical and commercial contracts.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
