Summary:
HR Manager
Working exclusively with this business to recruit an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the full HR function. You will work closely with Directors and managers to support throughout the business. The role will cover all aspects of HR to include Employee relations, policy and procedure implementation, training & development and succession planning. You will also lead and deliver on projects. The successful candidate will have strong people management skills, be a true generalist and a natural leader.

HR Manager

The role itself
- Working with senior leadership team to support throughout the business
- Providing sound ER advice and support
- Manage the appraisal process
- Lead on new projects
- Responsible for HR policy and process throughout the business
- Support on training and development
- Advise on restructure and succession planning
- Manage apprenticeship levy
- Coach and mentor junior staff
- Experience of working in a similar generalist role
- A sound knowledge of employment law
- Experience of complex Employee relations
- Ability to work with the senior leadership team
- Used to working at a fast pace in a people focussed environment
- A confident, positive, engaging role model with excellent communication skills
- CIPD level 5, equivalent or above
