Proud and excited to partnering exclusively with this growing business to recruit an experienced HR People Partner to set the HR strategy and oversee all HR elements across the group in line with the business plan. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the board and SMT developing effective partnerships to ensure HR is an integral part of business. The role will involve evaluating all things HR and embedding practices, policy, review recruitment strategy, onboarding and talent management combined with leading on many new projects to include development of succession plan, reward, EVP, L &D and much more.

The successful candidate will have strong people management skills, be a true generalist and a natural leader.

The Candidate
A proven ability to deliver HR strategy
Experience in reviewing HR from scratch and providing recommendations
Experience of leading a small HR team
Excellent knowledge of employment law
Able to develop recruitment strategy and onboarding process
Full exposure to a generalist HR role
Ability to drive change and deliver
An open communicator with good coaching and mentoring skills
Financially aware with ability to produce reports and statistics
